RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RENT A CAR BELGRADE TERMINAL
1. General Conditions
- The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
- For certain vehicle classes (luxury, SUV, and 4x4), the minimum driver age is 25 years.
- Vehicles are rented only upon presentation of a valid ID card or passport and driver’s license.
2. Rental Period
- The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
- A delay in returning the vehicle longer than 60 minutes will be charged as an additional rental day.
- If you wish to extend your rental, please notify Terminal Rent a Car at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payment and Deposit
- Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.
- Deposit has to be paid!
4. Insurance
All vehicles include:

Basic comprehensive insurance (with participation in damage),

Passenger insurance,

Theft protection.
Additional zero excess insurance is available for an extra charge at the time of booking.
5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are issued and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

If returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged at the current market rate.
6. Vehicle Usage

It is prohibited to use the vehicle for racing, test drives, towing other vehicles, or any illegal activities.

The vehicle must not be given to third parties not listed in the rental agreement.

In the event of an accident, you must immediately notify both Terminal Rent a Car and the police.
7. Traveling Outside Serbia

Travel outside the Republic of Serbia is allowed only with prior authorization and upon payment for international insurance (Green Card).

You are required to inform us in advance of all countries you plan to visit.
8. Vehicle Breakdown or Damage

In case of a breakdown, the client must immediately contact Terminal Rent a Car.

Repairs without prior approval are not allowed.

If the vehicle is damaged, the repair cost will be assessed by an authorized service or insurance company.
9. Fines and Traffic Violations

The renter is fully responsible for all fines and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

Any fines received after the end of the rental will be forwarded to the client along with documentation.
10. Final Provisions
Terminal Rent a Car reserves the right to refuse to rent a vehicle if the client does not meet rental requirements or there is suspicion of misuse.
All disputes will be settled amicably, and if not possible, the competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.
